Greek Technology Platform on Industrial Safety
The Greek Technology Platform on Industrial Safety (GTPIS) is part of the European Technology Platform on Industrial Safety to support the EU 2020 Strategy with the SafeFuture Initiative. The GTPIS aims to:
- the reduction of industrial accidents and
- the development of novel technologies for industrial risk management.
The GTPIS is coordinated by SRISL, the University of Crete and the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), with the participation and support of Greek industries, public authorities and other stakeholders.
The second meeting for GTPIS took place on Friday 20 May 2011 in NCSR "Demokritos" (map).
