of the Greek-Bulgarian Society "Otets Paisii"

According to the statutes of the Greek-Bulgarian Society "Otets Paisij",
the Governing Board has designated three persons as "Honorable Members" of the Society:

Mr. Iordan Georgiev
Former Consul of the Republic of Bulgaria in Athens

For his great merit to the Society

The designation was given in 1997,
in relation to the departure of Consul I. Georgiev from Athens.

 

Prof. Bogdan Bogdanov
Former Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria in Athens

For his great merit to the Society

The designation was given in September 1998,
as a response to actions against Prof. Bogdanov,
which we would like to keep out of publicity for now *.

 

Ambassador Branimir Petrov
Former Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria in Athens

For his great merit to the Society

The designation was given in September 1998,
as a response to actions against Mr. Petrov,
which we would like to keep out of publicity for now **.
